Our team of personnel is led by our principal promoter Mr. Tejraj D. Jain, a most incorrigible optimist and amiable person.

Avyukta Realty (Formerly known as Shivoham Group) is the latest of business enterprises which was first incepted in the year 1947 as a trading concern Shree Shanti by late Mr. Dalichand Jain and late Mrs. Badamiben Dalichand Jain when India celebrated its independence from the rule of the British Kingdom. From humble beginning Mr. Tejraj D. Jain has painstakingly and devotedly built the Shivoham Group and has till date completed many building projects with the support of a dedicated team of engineers, architects, advisers and consultants.

Mr. Jain is a soft spoken gentleman and is calm under the most adverse and challenging situations. His humbleness is appreciated by those who associate with him and has won him many friends and hearts. He continues to work with zeal and dedication to his profession.
